VectorShot Chrome extension and this website. Last updated 16 October 2026.

The short version

VectorShot does not collect, upload, sell or share your data. Pages are turned into files on your own computer.

What the extension handles

What it does not do

Permissions

The extension asks to read the pages you open so it can save them when you ask, and to use Chrome’s debugging interface so it can print vector PDFs and high-resolution images. It uses them only while a save is running. While it does, Chrome shows a short “started debugging this browser” notice.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no tracking. Your light or dark theme choice is remembered in your own browser.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our payment partner and the seller of record. Polar receives the details needed to take the payment, charge the right tax and send your receipt and license key. VectorShot does not see your card details.

When VectorShot checks a Polar license key, it sends the key and a short label for your computer (for example “VectorShot on Mac”) to Polar. Nothing about the pages you save is sent.

If you pay from Pakistan with JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or NayaPay, you send us your payment screenshot, WhatsApp number and email. We use them only to check the payment, send your Pro code and help you later.

Removing your data

Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stored.
